We were putting together our post for March, detailing the plans we could offer you for Easter in the Sierra de Guara, when, almost without realising it, a little bug called Covid-19 came into our lives and turned them upside down.
So, in the spirit of responsibility, we are strictly adhering to the requirement to close our businesses in order to look after you, as well as our families and ourselves.
Living in the Sierra de Guara: a lifestyle choice
We live in the Sierra de Guara because some of us were born here, and we believed that this region—despite the challenges of living in villages where there wasn’t always internet access and the roads weren’t as good as they are now—had a future. And we’re fighting for it!
Others came later and fell in love with the unique landscapes, the tranquillity, the fresh air, the rivers, the sunsets, the villages, that down-to-earth way of life and the local people, and decided to settle in the Sierra de Guara and build a future here for themselves and their families.
We’re ready to welcome our visitors back
As the days have gone by, every single one of us who has chosen the Sierra de Guara as our home, are working with great enthusiasm and dedication so that, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Health Authorities, we can reopen our doors shortly with full guarantees for everyone. To date, we have always done things properly, and we will continue to do so.
