Our establishments are located in the village of Alberuela de Laliena, which is part of the municipality of Abiego.
We have a guesthouse, several rural holiday cottages and a restaurant, all situated in the heart of the Sierra y los Cañones de Guara Natural Park.
In the area around Alberuela de Laliena, or just a few kilometres away, you can enjoy the wonders that nature has bestowed upon this enchanting Natural Park. Gorges, canyons and ravines; a landscape of unquestionable beauty, unique in Europe and ideal for canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, climbing or simply for actively immersing yourself in the surroundings.
Casa Castro began by renovating the old family home, which used to accommodate guests, converting the first floor into guest accommodation. Double rooms with shared bathrooms.
He later converted it into a comfortable flat, comprising a spacious kitchen-diner, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a fully fitted bathroom and a large covered terrace.
Subsequently, a new rural tourism accommodation offering comfortable double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
And finally, the Hostal Casa Castro, which has three floors entirely dedicated to guest rooms. On the ground floor are the “reception” and the “common room”.
All rooms feature a full bathroom, central hot water, a television, background music, Wi-Fi throughout the premises, toiletries, a hairdryer…
We also have a restaurant: we are in a region renowned for its fine dining, where the legacy of the past is reflected in excellent, high-quality dishes.
“Restaurante Casa Castro” offers traditional home-style cooking, ensuring that our guests’ visit becomes an unforgettable holiday or a truly special dining experience. The wine list features local wines, “Somontano wines”; young wines, crianza wines and gran reserva wines with intense aromas, fruity flavours and vibrant colours, which pair perfectly with our traditional cuisine.
