A very demanding route due to its considerable length and total elevation gain, covering all the main peaks surrounding the village of Arguis.
The route can be shortened by returning to Arguis via one of the signposted paths or along the road.
The route begins by descending from Arguis, passing under the A-23 and taking the classic ascent to Pico del Águila, an important triangulation point offering spectacular panoramic views.
The descent follows the southern side of the peak, passing the Ordás chapel and ending on the old road leading to the reservoir dam.
From there, the route climbs successively to the peaks of Las Calmas, Peña Gratal and Peiró, before descending into the valley via the Camino Natural.
A final loop offers views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Javierre and Bonés.
