This route starts at Salto de Bierge. It is an easy and pleasant walk that leads to a secluded spot on the River Alcanadre known as the Fuente de la Tamara, with crystal-clear, emerald-green waters; this is a significant spring located just at the exit of the narrow stretch known as Los Fornazos.
This is a mid-mountain route along a marked trail known as the Somontano Nature Trail.
There is a small picnic area.
