HOW TO GET THERE
Coming along the N-240, take the Loporzano junction (HU-V-330), where you will find a sign indicating “Vadiello 14 km” Natural Park.
During the journey, you will wind your way through narrow gorges overlooking the River Guatizalema; there are small lay-bys where you can park and enjoy the splendid scenery, before arriving at the foot of the dam where you can park your vehicle and follow the signposted trails.
The cliffs of Vadiello are home to numerous rock-dwelling birds, making it easy to spot bearded vultures, griffon vultures or Egyptian vultures.
Thanks to its Mediterranean-style vegetation, various species can be observed, such as: warblers, chiffchaffs and rock thrushes. The wallcreeper can be spotted on the walls of the dam.
