Our raw material is the milk from our own cows, which graze in a stunning natural setting at the foot of the Sierra de Guara.
Our range of artisan products includes fresh cheese, mature cheese, semi-mature cheese, cottage cheese, cheesecake, yoghurt and custard. We take the utmost care with each one to ensure you enjoy the finest flavour – a taste that only our traditional recipes can deliver.
