Casa Pardina is much more than just a restaurant in Alquézar. It is a family-run venture born out of a love for Aragonese cuisine, for the produce of our land, and for the recipes that form part of our identity. Every day we strive to ensure that our guests discover the most authentic flavours of the Somontano and the Sierra de Guara through honest, down-to-earth cuisine steeped in tradition.
Our cuisine draws inspiration from the traditional Aragonese cookbook, reviving dishes that have been passed down through the generations and carefully selecting locally sourced ingredients. From Barbastro’s pink tomatoes to Aragonese meats, seasonal vegetables and Somontano wines, every ingredient forms part of a culinary experience that showcases the region around us.
At Casa Pardina, we believe that cuisine is a way of telling stories. That is why we create dishes that speak of our roots, the work of local producers and the cultural richness of a land shaped by nature, history and traditions. Specialities such as slow-cooked lamb, snails stewed in garlic oil, migas or charcoal-grilled meats are examples of a cuisine that respects its origins without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
Located right in the heart of Alquézar, one of the most iconic villages in Aragón, our restaurant offers a cosy setting where you can enjoy a leisurely meal after strolling through the village’s medieval streets or exploring the landscapes of the Sierra de Guara. A place where hospitality, local produce and traditional cuisine come together to create lasting memories around the table.
Since 2009, we have remained true to the same philosophy: to champion Aragonese cuisine, support local producers and offer an authentic experience that allows guests to discover the essence of the Somontano region through every dish.
