The Interpretation Centre is located within the walled enclosure, to the north-west of the village of Adahuesca. From here, there is a magnificent view of the Sierra de Sevil, the Sierra de Guara and the Vero River valley.

The Cultural Park preserves a rich oral tradition, which is reflected in its festivals, pilgrimages, legends and beliefs. A visit to this centre offers the chance to discover and enjoy this valuable cultural heritage, which is always surprising and evocative.

The main characters of the area are the Grandmothers of Sebil, mythical figures who, according to legend, were the only survivors of a Black Death epidemic that ravaged their village. Linked to this ancient tale, somewhere between legend and reality, the village of Adahuesca celebrates curious festivals throughout the year.
Exhibition:
A visit to the centre offers a glimpse into the lesser-known and magical side of the Somontano region. Old stories and legends, fantastical beings, beliefs and religious rites are displayed through panels, photographs, display cases and audiovisuals. The subdued lighting inside and the labyrinthine route of the tour help visitors discover a different world that still remains alive in our villages.
