Quesos de Radiquero is an artisan cheese maker that began trading over 30 years ago.
The Cheese Factory is a building of traditional architecture in keeping with the area and with the products that are produced there, meeting the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Our philosophy is based on several principles: the use of high-quality raw materials, adherence to a completely traditional production process, combined with state-of-the-art hygiene and sanitation technology, and the utmost professionalism.
Although our production volume is not large – we process around 425,000 litres a year – this allows us to devote our full attention to virtually every cheese.
